I stopped working on this HOWTOs a few years ago. Meanwhile all major Linux distributions are delivering appropriate packages for the software menationed in the documents. This was not the case in the early 20xx years.

Its a Management-tool written in PHP, for a Mailsystem built on Cyrus IMAP and Postfix with mysql table lookup enabled.
